First off, childbirth is NOT beautiful,......childbirth might just be the fuckin nastiest shit ever. i was more disturbed seein' a pussy jack-in-the-box, then a field of dead bodies or even a guy shot in the head.
but
There are certain times in the movie, where you think, god damn........humans, fuckin' suck. The movie chronicles life at it's most universal times
birth/childhood-dancing/sex-eating/starving-violence/sickness-death/religion-dreams /art and ends with like activism or some shit. fuckin' brits
although the movie was put together well, johnny greenwoods soundtrack is boring throughout, it was either slow, or during the sex and violence parts it was basically the same speeding up heartbeat until a climax of sounds during orgasm or death. This seems appropriate, but it's so expected it just comes off as tacky.
