Interesting. Val Kilmer plays a tweaker involved in police conspiracies, the latin mafia, trumpet playing, and massive coke deals. Kilmer is kinda tolerable, which is a big step from his usual passive acting style that lulls me to sleep with violent dreams of frustration following. The supporting cast really...uh...
