30 year olds pretending to be high school kids pretending to be Humphry Bogaert while Thom Yorke Fan strums his MIDI controller for the whole soundtrack. I will say this however: I think that some actors from this movie will show up in more films in the near future because the trends we see present in what MMD refered to as "shit that art-house idiots of our generation are going ape-shit for right now" seem to dominate the film. Namely, the intricate character designs that supass the actual plot of the movie in complexity, the fucking emo-suburban protagonist, and the Raid-oh-hed that the movie dances to. People who love myspace would LOVE this movie.
